ExportPrefab is operated by Guangzhou Kaiwei Trade Co. Ltd, a China-based project supply coordination business registered in Nansha District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. We coordinate selected manufacturing resources, project documentation, quality planning, export packing and delivery support for international prefabricated-building projects.

Responsibility boundary
The China supply team coordinates the agreed building-system scope and supporting documentation. Appointed local professionals remain responsible for local code interpretation, approvals and professional sign-off. Local contractors remain responsible for site execution and safety unless a written contract states otherwise.
