Not a design or approval

The website is not architectural design, a structural calculation, a specification, test result, certification, permit or instruction to construct.

Project-specific verification

Every system must be reviewed for the actual site, use, loads, fire safety, energy, acoustics, water resistance, durability, transport and installation conditions.

Local responsibility

Locally licensed architects, engineers, contractors and authorities are responsible for local interpretation, professional signing, approval and site execution.

Sources and status

An official-source link identifies an information source; it does not prove that ExportPrefab or a building has been certified or approved. Concept images and items labelled Concept Proposal are not completed projects.

Costs and programme

Factory price, FOB price, freight cost and completed on-site cost are different. General timing information is not a delivery commitment.

Release before production

Design responsibility, approved documents, the quality plan, samples and release conditions must be agreed before irreversible production.
