Is an ExportPrefab system already approved in the Philippines?
No generic system is presented as pre-approved for every Philippines project. The proposed building must be developed and reviewed for its exact site, use, design and local approval path.
Who prepares and signs local permit documents?
Appropriately licensed Philippine professionals prepare, review, sign and seal local submissions as required. ExportPrefab supports them with agreed system, manufacturing and technical information.
Can the system be designed for typhoon and seismic conditions?
A system can be engineered against confirmed project-specific criteria. Site data, geotechnical information and local professional review are required; no universal hazard-resistance claim is made.
Does ExportPrefab provide a Philippine contractor?
No local contractor is represented unless a current, verified project arrangement exists. The owner may appoint its own appropriately licensed contractor, or a delivery partner may be evaluated for the specific project.
What is included in the factory quotation?
Inclusion depends on the agreed scope. The quotation must separately identify manufacturing supply, optional finishes or MEP items, packing, freight support and exclusions such as local design, permits, foundations, transport, installation and licensed trades.
Can manufacturing begin before local approvals are complete?
Production release must follow the agreed design-freeze and approval gates. Irreversible manufacture should not begin while required project inputs or local acceptance remain unresolved.
How are island and last-mile logistics reviewed?
The review covers the destination port, island transfer, road and bridge limits, turning space, unloading, crane access, wet-weather storage, sequencing and replacement-part logistics.
What documents can be reviewed before placing an order?
Available document types and access levels are listed in the Technical Evidence index. Project-specific drawings, calculations and controlled files are released only when the required inputs and review conditions are met.
