Is ExportPrefab CIDB or IMPACT certified in Malaysia?
No certification or registration is claimed unless a current record identifying the exact holder, scope and validity is shown in the Technical Evidence index. Official Malaysian IBS frameworks must not be confused with ExportPrefab's own status.
Can you guarantee a project's IBS Score?
No. The IBS Score depends on the actual project design and applicable methodology. ExportPrefab may provide system and component information to support the responsible project team's calculation and review.
Can ExportPrefab act as the local contractor or Principal Submitting Person?
Not by default. These roles must be held by appropriately appointed Malaysian parties unless a separately verified legal entity and written contract expressly establish otherwise.
Which imported products need certification or a Certificate of Approval?
Requirements must be reviewed component by component using the actual material list, specification, classification and current official process. A generic building-level statement is not sufficient.
Can an imported system be used in a government project?
It may be evaluated within a project led by parties that meet the tender and contractor requirements. Eligibility, IBS, local-content and product conditions are determined by the specific procurement documents and current rules.
How do you coordinate with Malaysian architects and engineers?
ExportPrefab supplies the agreed system data, manufacturer drawings, material information and review responses. The appointed Malaysian professionals incorporate, check and submit the information within the local project design and approval process.
Can the quality plan support QLASSIC requirements?
A project quality plan can be coordinated around the employer's inspection and workmanship requirements. This does not guarantee a QLASSIC score or replace site assessment by the responsible Malaysian parties.
Do you have completed Malaysian projects or an appointed local partner?
No completed-project or appointed-partner claim is made unless the project evidence, agreement, validity and publication rights have been verified.
