Project planning

Schools & Clinics

Education and clinic buildings require careful room planning, accessibility, fire strategy, MEP coordination and local professional review.

What this means for a project

Repeatable public-serving facilities designed around local safety and service requirements. Final performance, dimensions, scope and program are confirmed only after project inputs and local requirements have been reviewed.

Classrooms and support rooms

Primary care facilities

Accessible circulation

Local life-safety review

Information needed for review

A useful first review needs the project location, intended building use, quantity, approximate floor area, number of storeys, target timing and any available drawings or tender documents.

Project inputs

Brief, drawings, site information, program and required supply scope.

Local review

Design criteria, professional appointments, approvals and site delivery conditions.

Responsibility boundary

The China supply team coordinates the agreed building-system scope and supporting documentation. Appointed local professionals remain responsible for local code interpretation, approvals and professional sign-off. Local contractors remain responsible for site execution and safety unless a written contract states otherwise.
