Project planning

Workforce Accommodation

Camp projects require a coordinated room mix, service strategy, transport plan and clear split between imported supply and local civil works.

What this means for a project

Repeatable accommodation blocks planned around logistics, site utilities and rapid occupation. Final performance, dimensions, scope and program are confirmed only after project inputs and local requirements have been reviewed.

Room and support-building mix

Repeatable blocks

Remote-site logistics

Local utility coordination

Information needed for review

A useful first review needs the project location, intended building use, quantity, approximate floor area, number of storeys, target timing and any available drawings or tender documents.

Project inputs

Brief, drawings, site information, program and required supply scope.

Local review

Design criteria, professional appointments, approvals and site delivery conditions.

Responsibility boundary

The China supply team coordinates the agreed building-system scope and supporting documentation. Appointed local professionals remain responsible for local code interpretation, approvals and professional sign-off. Local contractors remain responsible for site execution and safety unless a written contract states otherwise.
