Document status and access
Technical Evidence and Supplier Documents for Project Review
Review four distinct layers of information without treating an official source, supplier record or project deliverable as blanket approval for a building. Unpublished and controlled records remain clearly labelled and require human confirmation.
Supplier and manufacturer evidence
Company, factory, quality, process, material, test and qualification categories shown with their actual publication or access status.
System and material evidence
System drawings, schedules, product data, interface details, performance reports and inspection requirements for the selected scope.
Project deliverables
Input checklists, responsibility matrices, submittal indexes, scope matrices, inspection plans, cargo registers and handover indexes.
Official means the source is official, not that ExportPrefab is certified.Statuses may be Not yet published, Controlled access, Available after supplier selection, Project-specific or Under verification.Controlled access creates a request record; files are not sent automatically.
